What this add-on brings to Insight
Perfex Insight Assets reports the Asset Management module, which tracks assets as quantities rather than single items. It reports units on hand, units allocated and what happened to the rest — lost, awaiting repair or liquidated.
Who it is for: Teams managing pooled or multi-unit assets across departments and customers.

The 30 widgets group into these areas. Every one is an ordinary Insight widget: it obeys the dashboard filter bar and the viewer's own Perfex permissions.
- Register
- Asset Records, Total Units, Acquisition Cost, Units On Hand, Units Allocated, Allocation Rate and Unit State, with breakdowns by group, location and department.
- Acquisition
- Acquisition Cost by Group, Top Assets by Acquisition Cost, Assets Acquired and Acquisition Spend over the range.
- Movement & condition
- Allocations, Revocations, Top Holders, Allocation Activity, Movement by Type, Recent Asset Activity and Recent Allocations.
- Losses and recovery
- Units Reported Lost, Units Awaiting Repair, Units Liquidated, Liquidation Proceeds and Warranty / Repair Cost.

Required. Perfex Insight Assets is a provider that plugs into the Pro dashboard system — it does not run on its own and is sold separately at $69.
Required. Reads Asset Management, which must be installed and active. The add-on reports on that module's data; it does not replace it or modify Perfex core files.
